Dear whovians, the latest not-so-probable news: this manuscript has been found in a taxi in Cardiff.
(I’m 99% sure, that is fake)

For anyone who didn’t see it, let me tell you.

The Doctor’s a time traveler. He brought Vincent Van Gogh (who was severely depressed and lost hope in his ability and himself) to the future, to a museum where they are celebrating his art.

I don’t know if any of you are artists (drawing, writing, whatever), but being a writer, this scene moved me to tears. You’re your own worst critic, and feel like your stuff is complete shit sometimes…maybe even to the level of despair like Van Gogh. But imagine someone brought you to a world where people love and appreciate your art. Or it means something so special to them. The thought of it is overwhelming.

i dont even watch dr who but that face just touches my very soul

“I’ve been meaning to make this comic since Christmas of 2011, but I just got around to doing it and thought it was a great opportunity to share a brief version of my #newtoWHO story (please don’t delete the comment, I’ll try to keep it short).
My mother and I started watching Doctor Who on the day of the Series 6 premiere, thanks to the BBCAmerica advertising for the Royal Wedding; we tuned in and caught the second half of Series 5 and the first episode of Series 6, and we were instantly hooked.
DW became the first show of which I was completely enamored; it was the first show which introduced me to fandom (and new family and friends), it was the first media product with which I was completely obsessed and to which I was wholly devoted.
I don’t mean to be over-dramatic, but Doctor Who saved my life last year when I was so close to giving up. The Doctor gave me so much hope.
I cannot express my immense love and admiration for this wonderful show and everyone involved. It’s brought so many amazing things into my life, and I am forever thankful, and my words cannot do my emotions justice so I’m gonna go cry now”  - ayamayamayam

laughing with tears ;)

Everyone’s memory is a mess. Life is a mess. Everyone’s got memories of a holiday they couldn’t have been on, or a party they never went to, or met someone for the first time and felt like they’d known them all their lives. Time is being rewritten all around us. People think their memories are bad, but their memories are fine. The past is really like that.

Sometimes when I’m at the gym and I’m losing my will to keep moving my limbs, I tell myself that if the Doctor ever shows up, I’m going to have to be in shape to run away with him.
That’s good for about ten more minutes of flailing.
